  • Led a team of 4 by guiding them to solve technical issues and by code and technical document review.
  • Member of organization level Code Review committee that oversaw code quality of over 200K lines.
  • Designed and implemented a Windows service based on MINT protocol (Medical Imaging Network Transport) to transfer DICOM data across network using Windows HTTP Server APIs, XML and VC++.
  • Re-designed, optimized schema and developed a database subsystem for medical diagnostic framework used in scanning machines, which resulted in a 30% improvement in performance.
